3. For each input that is to be routedto an output, click the crossover point to select unity
gain. Input signal will be routedto the output channel at unity gain.
Crossoverpoints may still be assigned an arbitrary crossover attenuation value. Click inside
the crosspointvalue box and type a new value, then press Enter to set the value.
Creating a Custom Summing Matrix
Thegreatest power of the matrix is its ability to route an input channel to several output channels
simultaneously at varying signal levels, combining sourcesand helping diminish sound
localization.
1. Select the [Galileo Unit] > Summing Matrix page.
2. Clear Router Mode, located at the top left of the page.
3. For each input that is to be routedto an output, assign an attenuation value to the
crosspoint. You may adjust the level of the combined signal using the Output Masters
controls, while adjusting the relative level of each input source using the Summing Matrix
controlsin the output channel column.
Resetting Matrix Values
1. Right-click on a crossoverpoint: either the crossover point you wish to reset, a crossover
point on a rowyou wish to reset, or on any crossover point if you want to reset the entire
matrix. The ClipboardOptions and Saved Settings window will be displayed.
2. Select the appropriateReset. The button row labeled Matrix Gain corresponds to the
specificcrossover point, Matrix Input Row to the row, and Summing Matrix to the entire
matrix.
NOTE:Channel selects and global Galileo linking can result in other matrix controls
also being reset. The Clipboard Options and Saved Settings window provides a
list of linked Galileos and channels.
