Using Snapshots for Tour Setup

In a traveling show, snapshots can be used to provide a base foundation from which to quickly develop site-specific tuning. For this purpose, you might create a separate project file for each act, and capture snapshots of various base configurations suitable for the venues you expect to encounter. As you tune the configuration for a specific venue, you might save new snapshots, some of which may be useful at future sites. If you are not mixing the show, you might use Access Control (p. 68) to lock down parts of the system.
