contain many snapshots. Snapshots capture the state of all controls, not just those that are on a particular Galileo unit sub-page. Recalling a snapshot instantly sets the controls and system settings to the saved values.

At the bottom of Galileo unit sub-pages is a set of snapshot and project control buttons. These replicate important functionality found on the Project sub-page. Except where noted, the following instructions assume use of this set of controls.

Snapshots

Creating a Snapshot

Using the controls at the bottom of any Galileo sub-page:

1.Click Create. The Create New Snapshot window will be displayed.

2.Provide a name for the snapshot and, if desired, a descriptive comment.

The new snapshot will be listed on the [Galileo

Unit] > Project page, in the Snapshot Library.

Recalling a Snapshot

1.Select the [Galileo Unit] > Project page.

2.From the Snapshot Library, select the desired snapshot.

3.In the Snapshot Library control set, click Recall (there are two recall buttons; the other is in the Boot Snapshot control set.)

All control values for the Galileo unit will be changed to match those that were captured in the snapshot.
