3.Select Backup Project. Project backup file names are automatically saved in the Compass_Settings/Compass_Backups directory, and have the form

Backup_[date + time code].galileoProject. See Compass Software File Locations for further details.

Creating a Project Report

The values of controls in each snapshot can be saved to a human-readable text file. This is especially useful as system documentation.

1.Select the [Galileo Unit] > Project page.

2.In the Current Project box, click More⋙. An extra set of controls will now be shown.

3.Select Generate Report…. A file selection window will be displayed, through which you can choose a directory and file name for the report file.

You can open the report file in any text editor or send it to a printer. The file has a simple format, listing the controls and values for each snapshot in the library.
