COMPASS USER GUIDE

In other situations you may be responsible for designing the signal processing components of a show, but the show itself will be run by a someone else; in such a case, you may want to allow access to gain control and the summing matrix while locking-out access to signal processing.

Compass provides access restrictions for twenty-eight types of controls and functions. Access control is documented in Restricting Access to Compass Settings (p. 68).
