set max-request

Syntax: set max-request <port-range> <times> Description:

That is the maximum number of times that the state machine will retransmit an EAP Request packet to the Supplicant before it times out the authentication session.

Argument:

<port range> : syntax 1,5-7, available from 1 to 24

<times>: max-times , range 1-10

Possible value:

<port range> : 1 to 24

<times>: 1-10, default is 2

Example:

SP1659P(802.1x)# set max-request 2 2

set mode

Syntax: set mode <port-range> <mode>

Description: To set up the 802.1X authentication mode of each port.

Argument:

<port range> : syntax 1,5-7, available from 1 to 24

<mode>: set up 802.1x mode 0:disable the 802.1x function 1:set 802.1x to Multi-host mode
