OLED Display Is Dark

If the OLED display is dark, turn it on using the NETGEAR 341U Manager. See Turning the OLED Display On or Off.

Insufficient Signal Strength

If you have insufficient signal strength, an icon is displayed on the device’s home screen, and on the NETGEAR 341U Manager’s Status section.

Insufficient signal strength, indicated by , may occur because:

nYou are outside network coverage areas.

nYour device’s internal antenna is pointing in the wrong direction.

nYou are in or near a structure that is blocking the signal.

nYou are near a device that is causing radio signal interference.

nA network or account problem is preventing you from obtaining service. See also Improving Signal Strength.

Cannot Display the Home Page

Your Web browser may display an error message when you try to display the home page. The error message depends on your Web browser.

n“Could not connect to remote server” (Opera)

n“Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” (Internet Explorer)

n“Oops! This link appears to be broken” (Google Chrome)
