The bottom row of the display contains one to three menu entries (also known as softkeys). The menu entries allow you to select one of several menus to access the radio’s features. The menu entries are accessed through the Menu Select buttons.

Menu Select Buttons

The Menu Select buttons access the menu entries of features that have been activated by a qualified radio technician. Your radio may be programmed differently from the following example, but the display for turning Scan on or off might look like the example below. For instance, to turn Scan on, press D directly below ON.
