Machine settings and activity

You need to set up th e Transmission Verifi cation Report and Journa l
Period in the menu table.
Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 2.

Customizing the Transm ission Verification

Report

You can use the Transmis sion Report as proof that you sent a fa x.
This report lists the time and date of transmission an d whether the
transmission was successful (OK). If you select On or On+Image, the
report will print for every fax you send.
If you send a lot of fax es to the same place, you m ay need more than
the job numbers to know which faxes you must send again. Selecting
On+Image or Off+Image will p rint a section of the fax’s first page
on the report to help you remember.

Press or to select Off,
Off+Image, On or On+Image.
Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
Printing reports
When the Verification Report is turned Off, the Report will only
print it there is a transmission error, and in the RESULT column
it will show NG.
