Enlarge/Reduce
You can select the follo wing enlargement or reduction ra tios.
Auto sets the machine to calculate the ratio t hat fits the size of your
paper. Custom allows you to enter a rati o from 25% to 400%.

Press (Copy) to illuminate it in green.

Load your document. (S ee Load documents on page 2-1.)

Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want
(up to 99).

Press Enlarge/Reduce.

Press or to s elect the enlargement or reduction ra tio
you want.
Press Menu/Set.
—OR—
You can select Custom and press Menu/Set.
Use the dial pad t o enter an enlargeme nt or reduction ratio from
25% to 400%.
Press Menu/Set. (For example, press 5 3 to enter 53%.)

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.
—OR—
Press other temporary copy keys for more settings.

Special Copy Options (2in1, 4in1 or Poster) are not available
with Enlarge/Reduce.
