Remote Retrieval
You can call your machi ne from any touch tone telephone o r fax
machine, then use the R emote Access Code and remot e commands
to retrieve fax messages. Be sure to cut out the Remote Retrieval
Access Card on the last page and keep it with you at all times.
Using your Remote Ac cess Code

Dial your fax number fr om a telephone or another fax machi ne
using touch tone.

When your machine answers , immediately enter your Remote
Access Code (3 di gits followed by ).

The machine signals if it has received fax messages:
1 long beep — Fax messages
No beeps — No messages

The machine gives two short beeps, which tells you to enter a
command. The machine will hang up if you wait longer than 30
seconds to enter a command. The machine will beep three
times, if you enter an inv alid command.

Press 90 to reset the machine when you’ve finished.

Hang up.
If your machine is se t to Manual mode and you want to use the
remote retrieval features, you can access your machine by
waiting about 2 minutes after it starts ringing, and then en tering
the Remote Access Code within 30 seconds.
