TROUBLESHOOTING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 13 - 7

Pull up the jammed paper to remove it.

Paper is jammed inside the machine.

Open the scanner cove r by lifting the scanner cover.

Remove the jammed pap er.

Close the scanner cover.

If the jammed paper is u nder the print heads, unplug the

machine, and then you can move the pr int heads to take out the

paper.
