Delayed Fax (Not availabl e for colour faxes)During the day you ca n store up to 50 faxes in th e memory to be sent
within 24 hours. These faxes will be sent at the time of da y you enter
in Step 4. Press Menu/Set to accept it , or enter another time for the
faxes to be sent.

If it is not illuminated in green, press (Fax).

Load your document. (S ee Load documents on page 2-1.)

Press Menu/Set, 2, 2, 3.

Enter the time you want the fax to
be sent (in 24-hour forma t).
Press Menu/Set.
(For example, enter 19:45 for 7:45PM.)

Press 1 if you want to choose more settings and the LCD will
return to the Setup Send menu.

Press 2 if you have finished choo sing settings.

Enter a fax number.
Press Mono Start.
The number of pages you can scan into the memory depends
on the amount of data that is printed on each page.
