Blocking anonymous calls

To screen incoming calls from an unknown caller in the Options window

1Click the check box next to Block anonymous calls to select the option.

2Click Save to save the changes made on this page, or click Reset to undo your changes made to the options or default behavior on this page.

Setting up advanced screening and routing

If you have Advanced Screening and Routing services enabled in your service package, the first time you click the Call Manager icon located on the left side of the screen, the Current Rules window will display in the Call Manager Home screen.
