1.Connect the headset.

2.Press the Not Ready Key next to the flashing indicator.

Note 1: If a caller disconnects before you return from Walkaway, the Not Ready indicator flashes. When you return from Walkaway, you are in Not Ready mode.

Note 2: On the Meridian SL-100 system, a call on hold prevents you from activating the Not Ready Key.

This feature enables the Call Center agent to transfer an incoming Call Center or ACD call directly to another agent’s InCalls Key in the same customer group. When the second agent is idle at the time the call is transferred, the call is presented to that agent’s InCalls Key; otherwise, the call is queued in a Call Transfer Queue (CTQ).
