Uploading from PC to Recorder

DSS Player enables you to upload DSS dictation files from your PC to the recorder.

1 Select the folder.

Select the folder where the dictation file to upload resides.

2 Select the dictation file.

Select the dictation file to upload from the Dictation List View, then select [Download] menu, then [Upload Files] or click the icon in the toolbar.

3 Select the destination upload folder on the recorder.

When the folder list box appears, select the folder then click the [OK] button.

4 Upload complete.

Once the transmission screen closes and the record/play indicator lamp on the recorder is NOT, upload is completed.

As a shortcut, you can drag and drop files from the Dictation List View to the recorder’s folders displayed in the Device Tree View.

Note

NEVER remove the card or disconnect the USB cable while the record/play indicator lamp is flashing. If you do, the data on the card will get destroyed.
