NOTE If you want to use your phone and send and receive text messages, you need a service contract with Cingular. If you also want to browse the web and send and receive email, you need not only a service contract but also high-speed data service from Cingular. You may also need high-speed data service to send and receive multimedia messages. Data speeds vary based on network availability and capacity.
