Open the Incorrect Password dialog box:

a.Select the Password box.

b.Enter any password, and then select OK.

Delete the forgotten password:

a.Select OK on the screen informing you that your password is incorrect.

a.Select Lost Password.

b.Select Yes.

Synchronize your handheld with your computer to restore any private entries that were deleted.

[ & ] OPTIONAL Create a new password.
