CHAPTER 1 Setting Up Your Handheld and Your Computer

Begin synchronization:

a.Connect the USB sync cable to the USB port on your computer, and then insert the other end into your handheld.

b.Press the power button to turn on your handheld.

c.Tap Sync in the input area.

Select the profile you want to load on the handheld, and click OK.

Done The next time you or a user synchronizes that handheld, Palm Desktop software prompts you or the user to assign a username to the handheld.
