Check to see if the recording paper is jammed inside of the machine.
1.Check if Fax Parameter No. 65 is set to valid.
2.If memory becomes full during reception, the machine will start to print from the 1st page received. We recommend that optional memory is installed if this symptom is encountered frequently.
Check Print Reduction settings.
