Viewfinder display

With the [LVF DISP.STYLE] (P127) of the [CUSTOM] menu, you can choose the displayed screen on the viewfinder to display in [ ] (viewfinder style) or [ ] (LCD monitor style).

¢1 Guide lines are displayed when the [GUIDE LINE] of the [CUSTOM] menu is set to anything except [OFF].

It is possible to move the position of the guide line using the Quick Menu when it is set to [ ]. (P56)

¢2 Histograms are displayed when the [HISTOGRAM] of the [CUSTOM] menu is set to [ON]. It is possible to move the position of the histogram using the Quick Menu. (P57)

It is also possible to display the Exposure Meter by setting the [EXPO.METER] of the [CUSTOM] menu to [ON]. (P127)

Note

In [NIGHT PORTRAIT] (P92), the guide line is gray.

About LCD priority playback

When the [PLAY ON LCD] (P127) in the [CUSTOM] menu is set to [ON], the LCD monitor is turned on in the following cases.

You can save the time it would take to switch the display to the LCD monitor even when using the viewfinder to record.
