Panasonic Digital Communications and Security Company (referred to as the "Warrantor") will repair or replace this product with new or

refurbished parts or product, at Panasonic's sole option, free of charge, in the U.S.A. in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship from the

date of original purchase as follows:

HANDHELD CELLULAR TELEPHONE (except description as follows) - For one (1) year.

ACCESSORIES (packaged with the Handheld Kit) - For one (1) year.

ACCESSORIES (packaged separately) - Refer to the warranty statement printed on or included in the accessory package.

To exercise your warranty return the product and a copy of the original dated purchase receipt, pre-paid, to Panasonic at the address as follows.

Please be sure to include your return address and a description of the alleged defect.

Panasonic strongly recommends that the product be adequately packaged to avoid shipping damage. You may also want to insure the product.

Panasonic will return the repaired product pre-paid to you at your U.S.A. address.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A valid purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required

before warranty service is rendered.
