This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment, failures that are caused by products not supplied by Panasonic, failures that result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, setup adjustments, improper maintenance, alteration, improper antenna, inadequate signal pickup, maladjustment of consumer controls, line power surge, lightning damage, modification or service by anyone other than a Panasonic Authorized Servicenter or damage that is attributable to acts of God. WARRANTY PERIODS SET FORTH HEREINBEFORE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
