Whenever I try to retrieve my voice mail messages, the retrieval is interrupted by the fax tone.

●You are probably entering 98 or 99 to retrieve your messages. 9 is the default setting for the fax activation code. If you use a voice mail service, set the fax activation feature to off or reprogram the activation code (feature #41 on page 84).
