1A # Open the left side door corresponding to the selected media tray.

$Remove the jammed media.

%Close the left side door.

OR 

#Remove the media tray.

#

$Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.

$

%Reinsert the media tray.

&Open and close the front door to clear the error message from the LCD.
