IBM DOS / WINDOWS Driver Installation

 

 

Using Your Pioneer CD-ROM Changer

You are now ready to use the Pioneer CD-ROM Changer connected to your computer system.

For use under DOS follow the instructions shown on the left side of the chart. For use under WINDOWS, follow the instructions on the right:

Place the CD-ROM discs in the magazine trays label side down.

Turn on the Pioneer CD-ROM Changer, insert the magazine into the magazine slot.

Restart your computer.

To access CD-ROM Discs from

DOS

At the DOS Prompt, type the drive

letter you wish to access as shown in

the following example:

Example: C:>E: (Then, press [Enter].)

Type: DIR (Then, press [Enter].)

To access CD-ROM Discs from

WINDOWS

Double Click on the File Manager in the Main Program group.

CD-ROM icons will appear at the top of the File Manager Window, next to the original driver letters. Double Click on the icon to access the disc.
