2.9Discs

The types of discs compatible with the Pioneer DRM-7000 vary depending upon the types of installed drives. Refer to the User’s Guides provide with the drives. Some standard handling practices are listed below.

•Use CDs marked with the following symbols

•Avoid touching the signal surface of the disc

•Hold the disc by placing your fingers on the edge of the disc or pinched between the edge and the center hold on the disc

•Do not attach additional paper or stickers to the label

•Inspect discs for cracks or warping and discard any defective discs

•Do not use a disc that carries an electrostatic charge

•Do not use the following disc types which may damage the unit:

<Discs with a molded flash (projecting fin)

<Discs with rounded or tapered edges
