If the host computer is not sending commands while the Free Message mode is ON, messages from the Changer appear on the LCD display.

5.2.3.4Alert Buzzer

The DRM-7000 provides a buzzer on the control panel to indicate status and errors. The buzzer sounds at the following times:

When the rear door is opened

Since it is difficult to monitor progress using the LCD display while working at the back of the Changer, the buzzer indicates that work is continuing without errors.

If a disabled button on the Changer’s Control Panel is pressed

Because the buzzer sounds when the operator attempts to input a command, the buzzer cannot be turned OFF.

When an error occurs with the Changer

The buzzer continues to sound until a button is pressed on the control panel.
