4. Enter the Config submode to select the rear bay.

5.Scroll (Up and Down arrow buttons) to select the drive/bay for replacement.
Note: If the drive to be replaced has crashed, information might be missing from the following display:

6.Check the wiring monitor indicator on the back of the drive (orange) is flashing at ½ second intervals.
7.Disconnect the drive cables in the following order:
1 – SCSI Interface cable
2 – Changer Interface cable
3 – Power cable
8.Remove the drive.
It may be necessary to disconnect other drive cables before continuing.
9.Match the drive SCSI ID and termination switch settings.
10.Attach the drive cables in the reverse order of Step 7 above.

11.Verify that the system recognizes the drive.
