Connectivity Table

The objects described in this section are in a table format indexed by switch World Wide Name. An example of how to access one of these objects given a WWN of 100000c0dd0090a7 is:

"snmpget localhost public fcmgmt.connSet.connUnitTable.connUnitEntry.connUnitId..16.0.0.192. 221.0.144.167.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0".

connUnitId (1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.1)

The unique identification for this connectivity unit among those within this proxy domain. The value must be unique within the proxy domain because it is the index variable for connUnitTable. The value assigned to a given connectivity unit should be persistent across agent and unit resets. It should be the same as connUnitGlo- balId if connUnitGlobalId is known and stable.

Syntax

FcGlobalId

Access

read-only

Status

mandatory

Return Value

The World Wide Name of the switch followed by 8 bytes of zeros. For example: 10 00 00 C0 DD 00 71 C9 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00.

connUnitGlobalId (1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.2)

An optional global-scope identifier for this connectivity unit. It must be a WWN for this connectivity unit or 16 octets of value zero.

Syntax

connUnitGlobalId

Access

read-only

Status

mandatory

Return Value

The World Wide Name of the switch followed by 8 bytes of zeros. For example: 10 00 00 C0 DD 00 71 C9 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00.
