1.Communicating indicator

Lights during transmission or reception.

2.Receive File indicator

Lights to tell you a message has been received into memory. Blinks when a Memory Lock file has been received. See p.79 “Memory Lock”, Facsimile Reference <Advanced Features> .

3.{Facsimile} key

Press to switch to Facsimile mode.

4.{Search Destination} key

Press to search for destination from the destination list.

5.{Check Destination} key

Press to check destinations which are currently selected.

6.{Job Information} key

Press to check the status of sending faxes or e-mail.
