If you press the {Clear/Stop} key, entering a subject is can- celed. The display returns to that of step A.

Setting Return Receipt

ASelect [Return Receipt] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

To enter the programmed subject

ASelect [Attach Subject] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

B Press {U} or {T} to select [On].

B Select [Select Programmed Subject ] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

C After selecting the subject, press the {OK} key.

You can register up to 5 pro- grammed subjects. See p.50 “To enter the subject direct- ly”.

If you press the {Cancel} key, attaching a subject is can- celed. The display returns to that of step A.

Select [Off], if you do not want to confirm the recep- tion.

CPress the {OK} key.

D Press the {Cancel} key twice to return to the standby display.

You can send the first few pages from the exposure glass then the remaining pages from the ADF or ARDF. After you re- move the last page from the ex- posure glass, you have 60 seconds to insert the remaining pages in the ADF or ARDF.
