Assigning a Function to the Function Button (Function Button)

When a function is assigned to the Fn (Function) button, you can easily change the shooting menu setting, or switching from one function to another, simply by pressing the Fn button.

The following functions can be assigned to the Fn button. For information on how to use the Fn button, see the corresponding reference page.

To assign a function to the Fn button, follow the steps below.

1Display the setup menu.

• For the operating procedure, see P.156.

2Press the " button to select [Function Button] and press the $ button.

3Press the !" buttons to select the desired setting.

4Press the MENU/OK button, or press the # button and then the MENU/OK button.
