4.Press the [] or [] key to display [IPv4 Config.], and then press the [OK] key.

Network Setting:

When [IPv4 Config.] setting is changed, Alert indicator lights up indicating that the machine needs to be restarted. Although the printer can be used normally, the light will not turn off until you restart the machine.

5.Press the [] or [] key to display [DHCP], and then press the [OK] key.

IPv4 Config.:

DHCP

6.Press the [] or [] key to select [Active], and then press the [OK] key.

DHCP:

Active

The address will be detected by the printer.

7.Press the [Menu] key.

8.If you are requested to restart the printer, turn off the printer, and then turn it back on.

9.Print a configuration page to confirm the settings made.

Specifying an IP Address for IPv6 (No DHCP)

Use the following procedure to assign a specific IP address to the printer with IPv6 protocol. This procedure is only necessary if you want to use the printer on a network without DHCP, or want to prevent the printer's IP address from changing.

Before beginning this procedure, make sure you have the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address that the printer will use.
