Installation et configuration

L’ installation sous Windows NT 4.0 ou Windows 2000, nécessite que vous ayez un accès total aux réglages d’impres- sion. Entrez dans le système Windows en tant que membre du groupe des “Administrateurs” ou des “Utilisateurs aver- tis”. Pour plus d’informations sur les groupes, reportez-vous à la documentation de Windows.

Démarrez l’ordinateur, Windows démarre.

Placez le CD du progiciel Roland dans le lec-

 

teur de CD-ROM.

 

Le menu d’installation apparaît automatiquement.

EGX-600

Cliquez sur dans [Click here] (Cliquez ici),

 

puis choisissez [EGX-600] ou [EGX-400]. Cli-

quez sur [Install].

Si vous souhaitez ne pas installer certains programmes particuliers, ne cochez pas leur case avant de cliquer sur [Install].

Le programme d’installation démarre. Suivez les

 

messages affichés à l’écran jusqu’à la fin de

 

l’installation du programme.

 

Lorsque l’installation d’un programme est terminée, celle

 

du programme suivant commence. Durant l’intervalle en-

 

tre les deux, un dialogue indique la progression de l’ins-

 

tallation.

Si l’écran suivant apparaît pendant l’installation

 

du driver, cliquez sur la flèche du menu dérou-

 

lant pour choisir le port du câble connecté à

 

l’ordinateur.

 

Pour un câble série : [COM1:] ou [COM2:]

 

Pour un câble d’imprimante : [LPT1:]

 

Settings:[EGX-600]

Les réglages du driver apparaissent. Lorsque

 

vous faites les réglages des paramètres de

communication de la machine, utilisez les va- leurs de paramètres affichées ici.

Cliquez sur [Close] (Fermer) pour terminer l’ins- tallation du driver.
