3-6. Chargement du matériau et réglage du point d’origine

Fixer soigneusement la lame et la pièce à usiner. Sinon, l’un ou l’autre pourrait se détacher pendant l’usi- nage, et provoquer des blessures.

Si vous utilisez une pince ou autre appareillage, placez-le en laissant un espace suffisant pour que l’outil et la broche puissent bouger sans risquer de le toucher. L’outil pourrait se briser et être éjecté, en blessant quelqu’un. Une panne pourrait aussi se produire.

Chargement du matériau

Utilisez la méthode suivante pour charger la pièce à usiner. Le plateau est muni de rainures en T et vous pouvez aussi y installer d’autres appareillages. Il y a également un guide pour le positionnement situé sur le côté du plateau.

Pinces

Fournies avec la machine. Passez l’écrou à travers une rainure en T et serrez le boulon.

Feuille adhésive

Cette méthode emploie la feuille adhésive disponible en option pour fixer la pièce à usiner. Elle convient pour des travaux sur un matériau léger, tel qu’une plaque à graver.

Étau centreur

Cette méthode emploie l’étau centreur disponible en option pour fixer la pièce à usiner.
