Installation d’une lame pointue (sans nez régulateur)

Lors de l’installation d’une lame, éloignez le pupitre de commande, afin de ne pas le toucher par inad- vertance. Lorsque vous utilisez le pupitre de commande, éloignez vos mains des zones mobiles de la machine. Un fonctionnement intempestif de la machine peut devenir dangereux.

Ne pas toucher le bout de la lame. Vous pourriez vous blesser.

Fixer soigneusement la lame et la pièce à usiner. Sinon, l’un ou l’autre pourrait se détacher pendant l’usi- nage, et provoquer des blessures.

Utilisez une clé (17 mm) pour maintenir la bro-

 

che immobile, et serrez à fond le porte-outil.

Remarque

Le porte-outil étant muni d’un filetage inversé, pour le serrer, vissez dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Veillez à le visser dans le bon sens.

Insérez le mandrin fourni par en-dessous. Tout

 

en maintenant le mandrin en place, tournez la

broche à la main jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit serrée à la force des doigts.

Utilisez la clé fournie pour finir de serrer le

 

mandrin.

Le couple de serrage correct est de 32 kgf-cm.
