In the manual feeder
1Pull the tray out.
2Push the manual feeder tab down.
3Pull the jammed paper out of the manual feeder.
4Insert the tray into the machine until it snaps into place.
5Open and close the front cover. Printing automatically resumes.
In the paper exit area
1Open and close the front cover. The jammed paper is automatically ejected from the machine.
2Gently pull the paper out of the output tray.
If you do not see the jammed paper or if there is any resistance when you pull, stop and go to the next step.
3Lift the scan unit.
4Holding the inner cover open, carefully take the jammed paper out of the machine.
