Viewing Memory in Your Scheduler
To view available memory space and options:
1. From the Calendar display (see page 124), press Options
(rightsoftkey).
2. HighlightView Memoryand press .
3. SelectSchedule, Call Alarm, or To Do Listand press .

For further options:
4. Press Options(rightsoftkey).
5. Highlightan option and press .
䡲Erase Olddeletes old events or call alarms.
䡲Erase Selectiondeletes the To Do Listitems you
selected. (See “Deleting Items From the To Do List”
on the previous page.)
䡲Erase Donedeletes the To Do Listitems that have
been completed.
䡲Erase Alldeletes all events, call alarms, or To Do List
items.
6. SelectYes or No and press .
