84 Section 2C: Setting Your Phone’s Security
Lock Services
With this feature, you can choose to restrictaccess to
SprintPCS Vision services and incoming and outgoing voice
calls and SprintPCS Ready Link calls.
To activate lock services:
1. From the Security Menu, selectOthersand press .
2. SelectLock Services and press .
3. SelectVoice Calls, PCS Vision, or Ready Linkand press .
4. SelectLockedand press .
䡲To deactivate this feature, selectUnlockedduring
step 4 above.
When voice calls are locked, only emergency calls may be
placed.
Changing the Lock Code
To change your lock code:
1. From the Security Menu, selectOthersand press .
2. SelectChange Lock and press .
3. Enter a new lock code (“1234”for example).
4. Reenter the new code.
