Setting Return to StandbyMode

This feature allows you to setthe way to return to standby mode.

To setthis feature:

1. Press to access the main menu.

2. SelectSettings and press .

3. SelectDisplay and press .

4. SelectReturn to Idle and press .

5. A message appears. Press OK(leftsoftkey) to continue.

6. SelectAutomatically or End Keyand press .

䡲Automaticallyto return to standby mode

automatically in 30 seconds.

䡲End Keyto return to standby mode by pressing .

Note:End Keysetting affects the battery’s talk and standby times.

Setting Sleep Mode

This feature helps conserve your battery power by restricting

the display when the phone is notin use.

To setsleep mode:

1. Press to access the main menu.

4. SelectSleep Mode and press .
