Changing the light bulb

Caution: Before changing light bulb, make sure you have removed plug from socket outlet and remove face plate which covers the light bulb. Be sure to replace the face plate which covers the light bulb brfore operating the machine.

This machine is designed to use a 15 watt maximum light bulb with a bayonet fitting.

1. Removing bulb

•Loosen and remove screw (1) located on face plate.

•Remove face plate by grasping it around the bottom edge and pulling toward the left, then down and away from machine.

•Do not attempt to unscrew light bulb.

•Push bulb up into socket and turn in the direction of arrows to unlock bulb pin.

•Pull bulb down and out of socket.

2. Replacing bulb

•Push new bulb up into socket and turn in the direction of arrows until pins lock into position.

•Making sure the presser foot lifter is up, replace the face plate by guiding front top corner under and behind lowest front corner of top cover. Push buttom of face plate up and back until it is aligned with top cover.

•Insert screw and tighten.

Cambio de la bombilla

Precaución: Antes de cambiar la bombilla, asegúrese de haber desconectado el enchufe de la red y quitado la placa frontal que la cubre. Asegúrese de volver a colocar la placa antes de accionar la máquina.

Esta máquina está diseñada para utilizar una bombilla de 15 watios como máximo tipo bayoneta.

1. Como quitarla

•Afloje y quite el tornillo (1) situado en la placa frontal.

•Quite la placa, agarrándola por el extremo inferior y tirando hacia la izquierda, hacia abajo y hacia afuera de la máquina.

•No intente desenroscar la bombilla.

•Empújela hacia arriba y gírela en el sentido de las flechas para desbloquearla.

•Tire hacia abajo y afuera del receptáculo.

2. Para desconectarla

•Empuje la nueva bombilla hacia arriba, dentro del receptáculo y gírela en la dirección de las flechas hasta que el pivote entre en su punto de posición.

•Asegúrese de que el elevador del prensatelas está subido. Coloque la placa frontal guiándola desde el extremo superior, por debajo y detrás del extremo frontal de la cubierta superior. Empuje la parte baja de la placa hacia arriba y hacia atrás hasta que se alínee con la cubierta superior.

•Introduzca el tornillo y apriételo.

Comment changer les pieds presseurs à enclen- chement direct (B, D, J, L)

Votre machine est livrée équipée du pied presseur universel (B). Vous pouvez aisément changer le pied et le remplacer par touts pieds à enclenchement direct qui s’adaptent sur la tige commune.

•Relevez l’aiguille à sa position haute.

•Relevez le pied en le soulevant de l’avant vers l’arrière.

•Appuyez sur le pied (1) jusqu’à ce qu’il de détache (2).

•Retirez-le.

•Placez le nouveau pied en le centrant sous la tige.

•Baissez le releveur du pied presseur pour engager la tige dans la traverse du pied (3).

•Ne vissez pas mais appuyez fermement sur la vis (4) jusqu’à enclenchement.

Comment changer les pied presseurs (H)

•Relevez l’aiguille et le pied presseur.

•Desserrez la vis (1) et retirez le pied avec la tige

(2) en la faisant pivoter vers la droite.

•Pour remettre en place un pied presseur à tige, accrochez la tige autour de la barre du pied presseur et resserrez la vis à l’aide d’une pièce de monnaie.
