Zooming in on an Image

The ZOOM button enables you to zoom to a certain area of the playback picture on the monitor screen. You may also zoom the camera input in a recording mode or stop status with the same procedure.

1 Press the ZOOM button.

The zone cursor to specify the area to zoom appears.

2 Turn the Jog dial to move the zone cursor horizontally to the desired position and turn the Shuttle dial clockwise to register the setting of the horizontal position.

The image in the zone cursor is enlarged and displayed full-screen.

To cancel Zoom mode

Press the ZOOM button again.

Multiplexer Channel Selection

When a multiplexer whose channel information can be decoded, such as a Sony YS-DX156, has been connected, you may select a certain channel (camera) for playback.

1 Set the unit to Still-Picture mode and press the CHANNEL button.

The CHANNEL button indicator lights (Channel Select mode) and the channel input display appears.

3 Turn the Jog dial to move the zone cursor vertically to the desired position and turn the Shuttle dial clockwise.

2 Turn the Jog dial to select the channel (camera number), and turn the Shuttle dial clockwise to register your selection.

Channel Select mode is released and the selected channel is displayed.

To display all multiplexer channels

Press the CHANNEL button again.
