4.quitar la cabeza de erogación girándola en el sentido inverso al de las agujas del reloj: a) extraer el grifo de erogación y desmontar sus partes (fig.13); b) quitar el tubo tirándolo hacia el exterior y extraer el laberinto (fig.14); c) quitar la bomba girándola en el sentido de las agujas el reloj y extraerla de su sede. Lavar esmeradamente.

5.desmontar la bomba procediendo como sigue: a) desenroscar los dos pomos de fijación; b) remover la tapa (fig.15); c) extraer el rotor con las dos paletas y los muelles; d) extraer el obturador y la válvula de retención en goma; e) extraer el “regulador de nata” con el relativo muelle y tubo aspirador sumergido. Lavar con una solución detergente y limpiar el tubo de aspiración con el escobillón al efecto; al fin esterilizar (fig.16).

6.Para volver a remontar la bomba proceder en sentido inverso extendiendo sobre el rotor una capa fina de lubricante específico.

7.Vaciar la cuba del producto detergente, aclarar abundantemente con agua y al fin esterilizar. Para proseguir la producción de nata montada hay que

descargar completamente la solución esterilizante.

8.Volver a montar sobre la máquina el grupo grifo, tubo, laberinto y bomba.

9.Oprimir otra vez la tecla ON/OFF de modo que estén encendidos ambos led luminosos situados sobre el mismo.

-Para preservar las partes en plástico y el rotor nunca utilizar, durante el lavado, disolventes y/o diluentes de ningún tipo.

-Los productos químicos para la esterilización han de utilizarse en el respecto de las normas en vigor

-Después de cada operación de esterilización es indispensable no tocar más las partes esterilizadas ni con las manos ni con paños, esponjas u otro.

-Evitar usar la bomba en seco.
