Tryk på start for at igangsætte kogningen - fig. 14. Lysdioden på

menuknappen stopper med at blinke. Dioden i nederste højre hjørne af

LED-displayet stopper med at blinke når den ønskede temperatur er opnået, og minuturet går i gang.

LED-displayet angiver den resterende kogetid i minutter. betyder, at kogetiden udløber om 10 minutter.

Kogning uden minutur

Låget skal altid være åbent under indstillingerne "svitsning", "simre" eller "sautering".

Når apparatet er i standby, viser LED-displayet . Vælg den ønskede indstilling for at svitse kød og letstege grønsager før trykkogning eller bruge simrefunktionen efter trykkogning. Lysdioden på menuknappen blinker.

Tryk for at forvarme gryden med eller uden fedtstof/olie - fig. 14.

Lysdioden på menuknappen stopper med at blinke. Når lysdioden i LED-

displayets nederste højre hjørne stopper med at blinke er den rette temperatur opnået, og du kan påfylde ingredienser.

Under første ibrugtagning af din Multicook, kan der opstå en særlig lugt. Dette er normalt.

Afbrydelse

Du kan ændre indstillinger eller afbryde minuturet når som helst under

kogning ved at trykke på knappen - fig. 14.

Trykkogning

Når trykket stiger inde i apparatet, stiger sikkerhedsventilen. Den dobbelte sikkerhedslås i låget aktiveres, så låget ikke kan åbnes under kogningen. Forsøg aldrig at åbne låget under trykkogning.

Dampkogning er kun muligt under tilberedning ved højt og lavt tryk.

De første par gange apparatet tages i brug, slipper der måske en smule damp ud fra trykindikatoren og pakningen. Dette er normalt og sker kun, mens trykket stiger.

Det er normalt, at der slipper lidt damp ud fra reguleringsventilen under kogningen (1a).

Hold-varm

Når kogetiden er udløbet, aktiveres hold-varm funktionen automatisk.

Maden holdes varm i højst 12 timer.

Under hold-varm , indstillingen opstår der måske damp i den øvre ring. Dette er normalt.

Efter 12 timer går apparatet i standby, og LED-displayet viser .

For at forhindre enhver dannelse af bakterier bør du undgå at bruge hold-varm funktionen ved madvarer, der ikke kan opbevares i stuetemperatur såsom kød, fisk, mælkeprodukter æg o.a.
