Erasing all the Fileson a Drive

Use this procedure to erase the entire contents of the selected drive.

ATTENTION

•Erased images cannot be recovered.

•Protected images cannot be erased.

See “Protecting Images” p.112.

1 From the erase menu, use the jog dial to select [ERASE ALL IMAGES] and press the OK button.

2Use the jog dial to select the drive to be erased and press the OK button.

ERASE HDD SD

An erase confirmation message appears.

CANCEL

3Use the jog dial to select [YES] and press the OK button.

	ERASE	When erasing ends, the menu reappears.
		If you do not want to erase the drive, select [NO] and
ERASE ALL THE ALBUMS		press the OK button.
AND FILES ON THE HARD DISK DRIVE.		If there are any protected images, the images other than
YES	NO	the protected images are erased.

MEMO

•The contents of an SD card cannot be erased if the SD card is locked.
