Shooting withImage Stabilization

Image stabilization reduces the problem of camera shake when you are shooting video.

POINT

• Image stabilization is particularly useful when you are using the zoom.

ATTENTION

Image stabilization may be ineffective with excessive camera shake or when you are tracking a moving subject.

The effects gained from Image stabilization differ depending on scene settings and surrounding brightness. Maximum effects cannot be gained in dark locations.

The Image stabilization function is designed to correct camera shake during video recording and does not function when you are shooting still images.
