Releasing a Call

To answer a specific call
Highlight the call using the Up/Down arrows on your keyboard, then press
$QVZHU
...or double click on the call to answer.
To make notes about a call
Click the Prompt/Notes tab, then click in the text area with your cursor and type
notes (shown below). The notes disappear when you disconnect the call.
Releasing a Call
While on an active call, press 5HOHDVH(Enter) on the keyboard
...or click the 5HOHDVH icon
...or select Call > Release.
