Door Unlock

Calls from Door Phones appear as a call in the call window. These calls can be answered in the same way any other call is handled. Some CTX installations provide the ability to unlock the door with the Door Unlock icon.

Note You can assign one of the function keys ()~) on your keyboard) as the 'RRU8QORFN key. See “Feature Keys Tab” on page 41.

➤To Unlock the Primary Door

1.Click the 'RRU8QORFN icon. If only one door was programmed in the system, the primary door unlocks. If more than one door was programmed, continue to the next step.

2.Select a door from the Door Unlock list down arrow, click 8QORFN.

➤To Unlock an Alternate Door

1.Click the 'RRU8QORFN icon drop-down arrow. Performs same function as Console > Door Unlock.

2.Select Alternate Unlock.

3.Click the down arrow, select a door to unlock.

4.Click 8QORFN.
