User Directory Dialog
The user directory dialog enables you to view a single directory entry. Only the Notes
can be changed, unless you are an Administrator.
➤To add a new user to the directory
➤To change a directory entry
➤Click on the 1HZ8VHU icon
...or select Directory > Add New User.
1. Click on the 8VHU'LUHFWRU\ icon.
2. Right click on a name in the
directory window
3. After making new or
changing entries, select
Directory > Update Directory
to update the BLF.
